3. Create Your TxT Account: While waiting for approval, you can get started by creating a TxT account at [Texas.gov/TXT](https://www.texas.gov/TXT). It’s free and straightforward.
4. Receive Approval Notification: Once your packet is approved, a notification will appear in your TxT account under your to-do list. Look for the “Upgrade DL” option.
5. Complete Required Information: Tap on “Upgrade DL” and fill in the necessary details, such as the address where you’d like your new driver’s license sent.
6. Pay DPS Fees: After filling in your information, you will need to pay the relevant DPS fees online. Make sure to print your temporary license immediately after payment.
